This site is a holding page for Oloproof while the product is in private alpha. It collects one thing, and only if you give it to us.

What we collect

If you join the early access list, we store the email address you enter, when you entered it, and when you confirmed it. Nothing else: no name, no IP address, no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts. The fonts and images on this page are served from this site.

What we do with it

We first send you an email with a link to confirm the address is yours. Until you click it, you are not on the list, and if you do not click it within seven days we delete the address. Once you have confirmed, we send you one more email, when early access opens. We do not send a newsletter, and we do not sell or rent your address or use it for anything else.

Who handles it for us

• Akamai (Linode) hosts the server the list is stored on, in Toronto, Canada.
• Resend delivers the emails we send you.
• Cloudflare sits in front of this site to protect it from abuse, and forwards email sent to our addresses. It processes your IP address briefly to do so.

Each processes your data only to provide that service to us. If our server fails to answer a request, its error log can record the requesting IP address; those logs are deleted after 14 days.

Why we are allowed to

You asked us to. That consent is the only basis we rely on, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your address, or withdraw your consent: email hello@oloproof.com from that address, or reply to the email we send. Once early access has opened and we have written to you, we delete the list. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
